 Welcome to the new year!

    A reminder that anybody who signed up for the BYYB prior to July 1, 2000 is up for renewal.  Renewal fees are $25.00 and can be paid by check, MO, or Paypal.

    This has been a very productive year for the BYYB.  Our member count has risen steadily, launches are being reported all the time and there are new people showing up on the bulletin board showing quite an interest in building their own boat.

    A couple of setbacks of coarse but nothing that has kept us down.  The most recent glitch seems to come from Homepage.com joining with another company and for some reason has made the homepage and Gaffrig either difficult to get to or impossible.  The good news is we do have a regular domain name (byyb.org) and regular web space purchased that will be online soon.  This will make access easier and more dependable, not to mention the absence of those pesky banners at the top of the page.  The BYYB overall is doing great and the way it looks it will continue doing great thanks to the support and interest of all its members.  I look forward to the day when there is one big regatta and all the members are there to brag and show off their work.
